Telesales Agent — Night Shift

Operix Global is looking for confident and target-driven Telesales Agents to join our onsite sales team.

Key responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce our products or services.
  • Understand customer needs, present suitable solutions and confidently handle objections.
  • Follow call scripts while maintaining a professional and natural conversation.
  • Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales or lead-generation targets.
  • Maintain accurate call records and update customer details in the CRM or assigned system.
  • Follow up with interested prospects and support the team in converting leads.

Requirements

  • Strong spoken English communication skills are essential.
  • Confident, persuasive and comfortable speaking with international customers.
  • Good listening, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
  • Basic computer, internet and CRM/data-entry skills.
  • Ability to work consistently in a night-shift environment.
  • Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, lead generation or an international call centre is preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
